| This 1st-Basic Glaucous Gull Larus hyperboreus was photographed by Martin Reid at Galveston, Texas in mid-March, 1999. In direct comparison to the many nearby Herring Gulls (smithsonianus) it was clearly larger and more bulky, and it was very aggresive towards them: |
