All the images on my web site remain the property of the photographer,
whose permission you must obtain for any use. For all my photos
on this site, I give permission for anyone to download them for
personal, non-commercial, non-profit, non-published use,
without obtaining any confirmation from me in advance. If you want to
use any of my images in an online or physical publication, please
contact me first. I normally grant free usage for non-commercial
websites and publications - especially educational ones - but
I like to know where they are appearing (and sometimes I'll have
a better version available).
If you want to use any of my images in a commercial or for-profit
website or publication, I will expect a usage fee - please contact
me with an explanation and an offer!
I expressly cannot and do not give permission for anyone
to copy or use images on my site taken by other photographers
